Fulfillment Policy

Whenever you make a purchase from Generator Stands LLC., you should expect to receive an email that includes your receipt of purchase and information about your purchase.

All purchases are carried out through payment processor Stripe or Paypal.

Please allow a sufficient amount of time for the email to be delivered. If you don’t receive anything from us, make sure to check your Junk, Spam or Bulk Mail folder(s) to make sure it wasn't accidentally kept out of your inbox.

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, if error was made during purchase contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. We do not accept exchanges or returns. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you shall contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. We may require proof of any damage, including photographic evidence.
